Vendor Assurance

Our vendor assurance program means that we can provide you with detailed audit reports and manufacturer questionnaires for all the manufacturers we represent.

Manufacturer capabilities are regularly re-evaluated via routine audit, annual product quality review and trend analysis.

Analytical Services

We have engaged the services of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) licensed analytical laboratory to fully validate the analytical methods for several strategic ingredients.

Product development services are available to strategic business partners.

Regulatory and Technical Support

Comprehensive Technical Files are available for all of our ingredients. These include all relevant technical and regulatory information for the ingredient.

Our management team is actively involved in industry and government committees and maintains a number of professional memberships to ensure we maintain the currency of our knowledge base.

The majority of our ingredients have been registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). This simplifies regulatory submissions, minimises regulatory queries during the market authorisation process, and provides assurance that the ingredient meets all applicable statutory regulatory requirements.
